Michelle Murray combines 9 years of clinical bedside nursing from Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA and Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT with more than 16 years of sales, staffing, and recruitment experience in the healthcare industry.

Michelle was a Clinical Liaison for one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the country, TravCorps, which later merged with Cross Country Staffing.  She was Certified in Interview Management and spent 9 years working with recruitment, sales and marketing ensuring successful temporary assignments and client satisfaction.  Michelle then moved into permanent recruitment by assisting with the start up of a Nurse recruitment division of AQUENT Healthcare Consulting before being recruited by her former President of TravCorps to Lucida Staffing Group where she held the roles of Account Executive and Director of Quality Improvement for Nursing and Allied recruiting divisions. Years of talking with candidates and clients from staff to CEO around the country gave Michelle a unique perspective on what led to candidate and client satisfaction and ultimately retention.

In 2007 Michelle had the opportunity to take this wealth of healthcare industry experience and start her own recruiting firm. SYNERGENT Healthcare is changing the way candidates and clients come together.
